Desert Floor Inspections offers an unbiased neutral inspection based on industry standards and manufacturing specifications of each type of material involved. We perform appropriate field testing to confirm our determinations; for this, we offer an on-site consultation or a complete written report.  These can often be followed up with recommendations for correcting or moving forward with a claim or complaint. 

 

We ask the right questions and know where to go to obtain the right answers in order to give a complete analysis of the conditions at hand and are trained on all the newest types of flooring.

We are truly nonbiased, meaning that we do not service the industry by selling, installing, or manufacturing flooring. Our inspector is a full-time certified FCITS Master floor inspector and does not work anywhere else in the flooring industry or for anyone else making us truly non-biased.  

 

We inspect Bamboo, Carpet, Carpet Tile, Ceramic and Stone tile, Cork, Hardwood, Laminate, Linoleum, Luxury Vinyl Tile and Plank, Rigid Core Tile and Plank (water-proof flooring), VCT, Sheet Vinyl, and even Wool flooring. We also provide unique services such as Expert Witness, Carpet Micro Shearing, Carpet Pile Grafting, Carpet Steaming, Pile Grooming, and Pre-Installation Moisture and Flatness Testing.
