Company Policy

 

We can only be hired by one entity for any given inspection.

While we author the inspection report, we do not own it. 

 

The final report will only be given to the commissioning party.

 

The final report will be electronic; a paper copy or a flash drive can also be provided upon request.

We do not discuss the findings at the time of the inspection unless it is with the commissioning party.

​

We will not discuss the finding in the report with any third party unless the commissioning party has given permission or the third party has a copy of the report.

​

For new accounts, payment will be required after the inspection and before the report is submitted.
